Levada dos Cedros originates from the sources of Lombo do Cedro, at an altitude of 1000 meters, on the slope of the right bank of Ribeira da Janela. Built-in the 17th century, it is one of the oldest levadas on the island. This trail is located in an area of forest cover native to Madeira, well preserved and developed.
