Le Clos Reyssier (also sometimes encountered as Clos Reyssié or Clos Reissier) is a Premier Cru vineyard in the Pouilly-Fuissé appellation of the Maconnais in southern Burgundy. The vineyard is located in the commune of Chaintré, at the southern end of the Pouilly-Fuissé region, just southwest of Mâcon town.
